 SALIENT FEATURES
  • Use of Cold Room method instead of ICE cooling.
  • Room Temperature is in "Mechair" Cold Room, this facility is not provided in any other Make Cold Room. Thus there are many advantages of "Mechair" Cold Room to that of any other Make, Other fruits can be ripened or otherwise stored in "Mechair" make Cold Room.
  • Banana is ripened at the cost of Rs. 8/- per 20 K.g. if ICE Cooling method is used. While the cost is only Rs.2/- per 20 kg. if "Mechair" Cold Room method is used. And the best things is that worry of purchasing & bringing ICE as well headache of keeping ICE in the room will go.
  • Over and above the quality of ripened Banana by "Mechair" Cold Room method is much more better than that of ICE Cooling method. Thus you can sell it at more price and increase your profit margin.

  • Cold Room is to be insulated properly by P.U.F. Insulation.
  • 200 crates can be stored in the above sized cold room. In one crate , it can be stored 20 kg. of banana. Banana is to be kept in cold room for at least 5 days for ripening. During crisis maket, ripened banana can also be stored for a long time in the Cold Room after adjusting the proper temperature. This facility is only having with "Mechair" Cold Room.
