PRE-COOLING
SYSTEM FOR FRUITS VEGETABLES & FLOWERS |
|
|
|
This
system is very helpful in increasing the shelf life of the fruits
and vegetables and thus, decreasing the post harvest losses.
Today , you have to dispose off the raw mangoes immidiately after
plucking them from the tree. And if the production is in large
quantity, it is not possible for you to store them for a longer
time and finally have to sell them at cheap rates in the market,
as a last resort.
Hence, in order to solve this problem, we have developed a Pre-cooling
system, by which you can process the fruit (mango) and vegetables
to remain them green and fresh for a long time.
There are two types of pre-cooling systems available in India
1) Forced Air Pre-Cooling System
2) Hydro Cooling System
Some of the comodities are suitable for forced air pre-cooling
and some are for hydro cooling.
However for some comodities Hydro-Cooling system helps to remove
the field heat 15 times faster than Forced Air Pre-cooling, which
is present in the fruits & vegetables. And the important factors
like, temperature of the water & duration can be adjusted
as per the requirements of the commodity.
The size of the system is decided as per the daily production
and is manufactured according to their requirements.
After the vegetables & fruits are processed in the pre-cooling
system, they are kept in the Cold Storage or in a small room having
Air Coolers. Hence, it is ensured that they are preserved for
a long time. So you can easily transport them all over India and
even export them abroad.
As you process the yield after plucking within the specified time,
it is advisable to have the system in farm itself, so that maximum
benefit is ensured.
Novertheless, this pre-cooling system is most ideal for the farmers,
businessmen and exporters.
The National Horticulture Board is having a provision for giving
20% subsidy on this Pre-cooling system. |

The
quality of post harvest refrigeration has improved significantly
with Mechair engineered cold rooms that offer high precision
systems for enhancing the shelf life and quality of the product. |
Mechair
Ice Banks Systems provides a comprehensive cooling arrangement
with modular condensing units and alternate regrigerants for
all varieties of milk products. For Ice Creams, our systems
have different levels of blast freezers to ensure storage
in appropriate temperature levels. |
|
Mechair
caters to every need in this segment, right from Flake Ice
Plants for trawlers, to Blaast Freezers for Slaughter houses
and Cold Storage. |
|
Mechair
cooling structure assures long lasting freshness in the storage
of flowers. Furthermore, our systems provide precise temperature
control and relative humidity in the mushroom growing area. |
